Richard Crenian is a curious, experienced thought leader who has lived a full and diverse professional life across business, entrepreneurship, investment, real estate, sport, and philanthropy.

He is a builder and investor with deep experience in identifying opportunity, unlocking value in assets, and developing long-term, income-producing real estate strategies. His work reflects a consistent focus on combining market research, demographic insight, and disciplined execution to create sustainable outcomes.

Over his career, Richard has been involved in the development and scaling of large real estate portfolios, including residential and commercial projects across Canada, with a focus on long-term ownership, value creation, and operational improvement.

Beyond business, Richard is deeply committed to mentorship and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. He has been actively involved with organizations such as the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and Next Canada, where he shares experience, insight, and practical guidance with emerging founders.

He has also served in leadership roles within global peer networks, including the World Presidents’ Organization, contributing to speaker programming and executive-level knowledge sharing initiatives.

Philanthropy remains a core part of his work. Richard has supported and participated in numerous initiatives focused on healthcare, education, social services, and human rights. He has been involved in fundraising efforts for Alzheimer’s research and continues to support organizations such as Baycrest, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Covenant House, Crescent School, and the Toronto International Film Festival, among others.

Currently, he is a member of the World President Organization, having graduated from the Young President Organization in 2009.

Mr. Crenian, dominates the industry while supporting community causes. For over a decade. Mr. Crenian has supported the Scotiabank Pro-Am Hockey Tournament in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. In addition. He has created and funded the Baycrest Match My Gift Campaign with the Baycrest Foundation, which allows each donor to give generously while seeing their donations double with Mr. Crenian’s support. Mr. Crenian is also active with developing the next generation of young minds. Between the advisory board of the University of Saskatchewan and being a mentor of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and Next Canada, he is able to tap into the young generation and share his experiences in the industry.
