Richard Crenian, a well-known leader in the commercial real estate market, is a visionary who has a unique ability to transform low-income properties into higher-generating income opportunities by combining research and improvements with demographics.
Richard Crenian is devoted to sharing his experiences and helping to nurture the next generation of great minds. He is a founding member and mentor of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization in Saskatchewan and is an active participate with the Next36. Prior to ReDev Properties Ltd, Richard established a real estate development company based out of Saskatchewan, Canada. Specializing in the construction of multi-family residential rental buildings, the company went on to build over 11,000 apartments and condos, along with numerous retail plazas. With this company, Richard achieved over one billion dollars in sales.
Currently, he is a member of the World President Organization, having graduated from the Young President Organization in 2009.
